Listening to Your Body

I teach practices that are focused on strengthening your connection with your body, whether through movement or stillness. The human body is the vessel with which you engage with the world, and with which you express what is in your mind and heart. Through care of your body, you develop a meaningful relationship with your corporeal home.

Listening to Your Intuition

I teach contemplative, mindful, and meditative practices that are meant to guide you toward listening to your intuition and inner wisdom. They are tools to lead you back to yourself. Through these practices, you can gain better clarity about who you are so you can align your essence with your actions. As within, so without.

I specialize in translating in-person yoga, meditation, and wellness workshops and classes into engaging digital experiences. I’ve studied a vast expanse of research, student feedback, and data so you don’t have to.
