I teach practices that are focused on strengthening your connection with your body, whether through movement or stillness. The human body is the vessel with which you engage with the world, and with which you express what is in your mind and heart. Through care of your body, you develop a meaningful relationship with your corporeal home.

I teach contemplative, mindful, and meditative practices that are meant to guide you toward listening to your intuition and inner wisdom. They are tools to lead you back to yourself.
